About Chris Reade

Prior to embarking on his real estate career in 1999, he worked overseas as an analyst in the investment banking arms of Schroders and Natwest in London, and was at PwC in Toronto prior to that. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, previously at PwC in Auckland before transferring to Toronto.

Chris grew up on the Shore, attended Rosmini College in Takapuna and has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from The University of Auckland. While working and living overseas for 5 years he travelled extensively throughout Canada, USA, Europe and Asia and travel remains a main interest. After having lived on the Shore for over 30 years and currently residing in Mairangi Bay, his knowledge and sales history of the area is extensive. He also has a close working relationship in his office with Lucy Gu, one of the top Chinese agents in the group, ensuring an efficient and effective interface with the active Chinese market.
